ASSORTED HEARTS

“Day 67” - 365 Birds Today’s heart comes from 365birds - ” I was driving through a run-down part of Cincinnati and noticed this sign, so I turned down a side street to snap a picture. An old man came out from around the corner and started talking to me about the building. He said that Hartke Hardware is the oldest hardware store east of Philadelphia (which was interesting, considering we’re west of Philly!), and went into great detail explaining to me how the logo is a heart and a key because the owner’s name is ‘Hartke’, and it sounds the same. :)” ‘Heart a Day’ is open to submissions, so we’d love to see your hearts.
